"Why?!" Riddle said to himself. He made his way into the classroom that was slowly starting to fill up. School had only been over for a few minutes and the detention room was gaining occupants quickly. He couldn't believe it, how did he get a detention? Oh yes, he had talked up during class, again big surprise. Today's detention was going to be bad, he had left his iPod at home.
The senior slipped into one of the empty desks, at least it was only for an hour, and it wasn't even like the teacher cared. He ussually went off to the teacher's lounge then came back ten minutes before they could leave. Riddle didn't even know why he came to detention anymore, at least it wasn't a Saturday school class. How he hated those wretched things.
Riddle wore something to blend in today; a faded brown jacket, a pair of acid washed drainpipes and white vans.

A sigh escaped her lips as she stood outside of the detention room a few moments before the had to actually be in the room, saying quick little goodbyes to her friends before they left for places without her. She was so confused on why she even had to be there. There was nearly no reason for her to have to be stuck there. Shaking her hair out of her eyes, Kiki opened the door and walked in, looking at the teacher and giving him a small smile. "Hey Mr. Harrelson."
She sat down at an empty desk across the room from someone who she couldn't recognize. Her legs stuck to the cool plastic of the seats as she was in a skirt and her arms were getting a tad bit hot in her Drop Dead, Gorgeous hoodie. Her converse hung loosely on her feet and her Boys Like Girls tote was laid out in front of her as well as a math book and a notebook. Yes, Kiki was actually a nerd and took classes that required homework that had to be done at home.

Riddle heard the door open and lifted his head. He instantly recognized who the girl entering was, the only thing he could do was roll his eyes and say ",how'd did The Fucking Elite get in dentention?" just loud enoguh for Kiki to hear him. A tone of anger was in his words and he recieved a few snickers from some other kids.
He slouched down in his seat lazily, feeling that this detention would be even worse than he had expected. He may have not cared about much but he did care that one of his enemies was in the smae room as him.

She heard it alright. "Oh, baby. It's only because I heard you were here. Without you, I've been a mess." She glanced over and realized who it was. She looked over at a few of the other kids who she actually knew and got along with. Raising her eyebrows a bit and smirking before turning around, she looked at Harrelson and smiled as he left the room. She actually got along with most people in the school. It wasn't like she cared about social class or anything. Somehow she'd been the one who managed to be in the formation of the TFE and she never even understood how she wasn't more of a wanderer than anything. There were actually still people who hate her though. This kid was one of them.
Shaking her hair out of her eyes, she opened the math book and started to work on the next problem. The little bit of murmuring continued and she couldn't stop herself from thinking about what crazy things the boy could have been saying about her. Biting her lip, she finished the problem of her Calc homework and closed the book softy, not wanting to get involved, but really more wanting to get out of there so she could get some starbucks. She really needed a pick me up. Fuckkk. And I have cheer practice today!

The boy frowned not exactly getting the reaction he wanted. When Riddle was mad at someone, he liked to be mean in subtle ways, unless it was a guy, then he would solve the problem with fists. Ussually he would get over it after he had made the other person mad at him, but with Kiki he could never seem to stop hating. Even when she got mad at him for something he said or did.
When the teacher left people got out from his desk and left some of the students left their chairs and roamed around the classroom. He also got up and moved towards Kiki then slipping into a seat behind her. "Got to be perfect huh?" he asked, in neither a tone that was mad or happy.

She felt the small felling of someone watching her and knew that Riddle hadn't given up yet. Sighing, she started to pull out her Zune when she heard his voice again, making her exhausted with him already. She wasn't the type to get mad. She'd be more the type to keep her cool and let things look like she brushed them off. Then again, she'd end up driving herself nuts by over analyzing these things later.
With a sigh, she put her Zune back and turned around to look at Riddle with a soft smile. "Of course I do. It'd be hard to be me without it." It was true. She was a perfectionist and she was always attempting to be the perfect little girl that everyone envied. It was basically unimaginable how much she worked to keep up that little persona. Ruffling her hair a bit, she looked at him with a small smirk. "And surely, you've changed to fit in today." Kiki shook her hair out of her eyes and looked him in the eye. "Truly, you don't think the stupid rumors are true. You've got to be pathetic if you really believe I would dislike someone who wasn't rich." Rolling her eyes, she looked away then looked back into his eyes like daggers. "But surely. That'd be the so called BBC ways, don't you think?"

The glare didn't seem to affect him in anyway. He just seemed to stare back at her with cold hateful eyes. Though in his mind he understood how stupid he was for believing rumors and was now beginning to see something. The few things that Kiki said finally were beginning to process. He was the one who had pulled away from the relationship and he wasn't the one who wanted to accept that fact, or even admit it.
Somehow he was going to apoligize without showing that he was a complete idiot. "True," he shrugged with a softer tone of voice ",Rumor tend to be false."

Rolling her eyes, she turned back around and started to stick her homework into the tote and looked out the window instead of looking at Riddle again. She just didn't get this guy. He was so ignorant for even believing that her group and the way that it functioned was really how she acted. If anything, she was the queen bee and the rest of the group followed her lead. But then again, the group varied so much that it was impossible to know who was prominent. Anyways, it was just ridiculous.
Biting her lip, she knew that Riddle was still watching. Shaking her hair out of her eyes, she reached into her bag for her phone and started to check her text messages from friends, asking if anyone wanted to meet up at Starbucks after she finally got out. When she was done, she put the phone back and just sighed. "You like staring at me? Is it your new hobby, kid?" she said without looking back at him.

If only Kiki was a guy he would punch her in the face because of her comment. Instead he leaned back in the chair and looked away from her. He resisted cussing her out also. "No, don't talk to me like that," he warned not really liking to be called kid. He after all was older than her, it gave her no right to call her 'kid'.
He looked to the back of the class where nothing seemed to be going on, just a few hooligans throwing spit wads at each other. He instantly became uninterested and looked back to his desk.
